At LabRobot we have a quality management system that complies the requirements of the SS-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
In this way, we guarantee the development, production, sale and distribution of the Dilucup® system to our customers.
Our quality commitment
At LabRobot Products AB, quality is part of every step of our work. Our ambition is to be a leading and reliable partner in laboratory equipment and laboratory services by combining innovation, long-term responsibility, environmental awareness, and consistent quality.
We develop, produce, sell, and distribute consumables and instruments for laboratories, and we provide service for laboratory equipment. Through our quality management system, we work to ensure that our products and services are safe, reliable, and compliant with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.

How we put quality into practice
To live up to our quality policy, we actively work to:

- Work proactively to minimize errors, risks, and non-conformities.
- Ensure that all products are approved by our quality laboratory before delivery.
- Test products during and after production to verify sterility, volume, pH, and bacterial productivity.
- Maintain a high level of competence among our employees through continuous training and development.
- Listen actively to customer needs and feedback in order to improve both products and service.
- Ensure traceability, documentation, and compliance throughout the entire process.
- Minimize our environmental impact by using resources wisely, reducing waste, and choosing more sustainable services, materials, and methods.
Product testing and batch approval
We subject Dilucup® Elegance blisters to many tests during and after production to guarantee their sterility, volume, and bacterial productivity, among other factors.
The quality laboratory must approve all our products before we sell them, and you can see the results in the quality certificate specific to each batch.
The shakers must pass rigorous performance tests in our quality lab in order to be released for sale. Our goal is to make robust instruments that have long service lifes.
As a result, it is common to find the first models of Dilushakers in our customers' laboratories after more than 10 years of use.
Dilushaker and Dilugent® Shaker service
After the two-year warranty period, we recommend annual servicing to ensure the shakers operate correctly.
Servicing is performed at our factory in Stenungsund, Sweden, or by trained local distributors.
