We develop a serial dilution method that is sustainable over time taking the environment into account.
LabRobot Products AB is part of AddLife and we have the same values regarding sustainability.
There are three areas of impact where we permanently work to continue growing as a business
taking into account society and the environment.

Dilucup® System is made for a long-term use and we build long and durable relationships with our customers.
Sustainable culture
The commitment and well-being of our employees is a priority. The objectives in this area are related to employee satisfaction, diversity, inclusion and formation.

We work to promote new initiatives that benefit both the planet and our growth.
Goals from 2030 Agenda
We want to assume our responsibility for the global sustainability challenges to which the 2030 Agenda has exposed.
LabRobot's sustainability goals are long-term and we plan to make changes in the following areas within 5 years:
Quality Education (Goal 4)
-We value our staff and want to promote lifelong learning.
-At least half of the employees at LabRobot must attend some kind of training every year.
Partnerships for the goals (Goal 17)
-We want to cooperate with suppliers who share our values.
-Our most important suppliers must sign AddLife´s Code of Conduct.
Industry, innovation and infrastructure (Goal 9)
-We are working on innovative solutions that will change the way Dilucup® is produced in order to reduce its environmental impact.
Climate action (Goal 13)
-We want to improve the manufacturing of our products so that the percentage of waste and transport are reduced.
We care about the environment
Our ambition is to produce and deliver our products with as little impact on the environment as possible.
These are some examples of what we already do to reduce Dilucup's climate footprint.
30% recycled plastic
We would love to use 100% recycled plastic,
but this is not possible today because
the quality of the plastic is not good enough
to keep the standard that Dilucup® requires.
New techniques advance very quickly
and our ambition is to use as much recycled plastic as possible.
Today Dilucup® is made from a minimum of
30% recycled plastic thus contributing
to a smaller environmental footprint.
100% fossil-free electricity
The Dilucup® System is produced with
fossil-free hydroelectric energy.
Waste reduction
We continually work on improving production processes to reduce our waste.
For example, the water used to cool the production line is reused in a closed circuit.
Optimized transport
We work as much as possible with local suppliers and we always try to optimize shipments to minimize their environmental impact.
