A vortex inside the dilution tube or cup ensures proper sample homogenization.
Creating this vortex with dilution tubes and a vortex mixer isn't always easy:
❌ If you apply too little pressure, the liquid barely moves.
❌ If you tilt the tube, it doesn't work.
❌ If you apply too much pressure, the mixer head stops moving completely.
➡️ You have to hold the tube firmly, perfectly vertical, and apply just the right amount of downward pressure until a good vortex forms along the entire length of the tube.
Doing this once or twice isn't a problem.
But when you have dozens of samples, holding each tube with that pressure for several seconds quickly becomes exhausting.
You start to feel fatigue in your hand, wrist, and arm. 😖
All those vibrations and repetitive pressures are anything but ergonomic.
Imagine doing it for several hours a day, every day, for years. 😵💫
Luckily, Dilugent® Shaker does all that for you.
✅Much more ergonomic.
✅Much more practical.
✅Much happier staff! 😊
With the Dilugent® Shaker, a perfect vortex is formed inside each Dilucup®, ensuring reliable and uniform homogenization of all samples.
